We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the banking industry, based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. The role will be on-site and entails working with customer data, maintaining records, and addressing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and organizing files effectively

• Providing quality customer service and handling email correspondence

• Accurate data entry and record maintenance

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet management

• Performing calculations as necessary

• Efficiently scanning relevant documents

• Typing with speed and accuracy

• Displaying proficiency in using 10 Key Skills

• Ensuring tech-savviness to efficiently handle tasks.Robert Half's client in Wellesley MA is looking for a detail-oriented data clerk for a 1-2 week engagement!

Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm (flexible)

Pay Rate: $18+

Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is necessary for the accurate and efficient input of data.

• Demonstrable experience in Customer Service, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

• Experience in Data Entry, with a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy and speed.

• Skilled in Email Correspondence, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets and documents.

• Familiarity with Organizing Files, ensuring a systematic and efficient filing system for easy data retrieval.

• Ability to Perform Calculations quickly and accurately, with a focus on financial data.

• Experience in Scanning documents and accurately inputting data into the system.

• Excellent Typing skills, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
