Role Description The Construction Manager will oversee and manage the construction of industrial and factory buildings, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively from initiation through completion. This role requires extensive experience in industrial construction, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of factory and industrial building design principles.
This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV. Relocation assistance is available. What you'll do: The organization structure of the group are vertical discipline leads who are responsible for a portion of the project from conception through final closeout. The vertical columns include the prefab metal building / structural, interior architecture and building openings, civil, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection. This position is a horizontal band crossing multiple disciplines to specifically manage the construction phase with the input and collaboration with the technical leads. Construction Oversight: This role will lead construction meetings and be the main FORM Energy point of contact for the project. They will lead deep dive construction meetings weekly and do routine check-ins with the construction teams. They will work with the project foreman / superintendent to ensure coordination with all work on site. When shut downs are required, it will be their responsibility to coordinate and schedule the work to avoid any disruptions to the construction or manufacturing.
