This is Hybrid schedule, onsite 3 days in the MAPFRE USA offices in Webster Massachusetts
*Responsibilities: *
Quality - Ensures software quality by identifying and rectifying defects while validating software specifications.
Test Automation – Enhance testing efficiency and accuracy by designing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
Reads and interprets business requirements or incidents to create a design and coding solution to match the requirements.
Tests coded solutions to pass developer quality gates in order to implement a solution to a production environment.
Demonstrates the ability to communicate clearly either written or orally with customers, business analysts, project managers, management or peers.
Collaborates as part of a team to achieve team goals and results
Supports colleagues with a variety of tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
Applies critical thinking relative to analysis, planning and implementation of business initiatives.
Follows DevOps best practices
Collaborates on efficient design solutions with global outlook
Creates technical specifications
Assesses new technologies before adoption and implementation
Performs Risk analysis
Adopt Agile methodologies to develop software
Continually monitors systems performance
*Experience: *
Demonstrates good business and product design capability
Ability to lead or mentor other technical team members
Continuously identifies opportunities to improve technical debt through recommendations and/or coding opportunities
Collaborates on efficient design solutions with reuse
Creates technical specifications
Assesses new technologies before adoption and implementation
*Qualifications and Skills: *
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or 5 - 7 years of professional experience in relevant programming languages
