Job Title: Industrial Assembler

Job Description

Perform disassembly, cleaning, requalification, rework, and assembly operations on Traction Motor Combo components using manual and automated equipment. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and engineering requirements. Work safely while supporting lean manufacturing principles such as 5S and single-piece flow to meet required takt time. May need to perform special processes like welding or non-destructive testing, which require additional training or certification.
