Insight Global is searching for a Litigation Attorney to join our client on a dynamic and dedicated team in a small but thriving plaintiff law firm specialized in coal, oil & gas landowner representation. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Attorney to join the firm on a fulltime basis. The role is a hybrid role located in Waynesburg, PA, but most employees commute in from Pittsburgh.

Skills and Requirements

-4-10+ years of experience in plaintiff litigation

-Barred and in good standing in PA

-Strong litigation research and writing skills

-Experience in complex litigation, arguing questions of law, and commercial litigation experience.

-Federal court and PA state law experience

-Property litigation, Oil and Gas litigation, or similar experience Oil and Gas plaintiff experience null
