Job Title: Finisher

Job Description

Are you an industrious individual looking to become a vital part of a manufacturing team? We are seeking a Finisher to contribute to our team's success. You will be responsible for finishing parts to meet print tolerances and aesthetic requirements, inspecting all parts to ensure quality standards are met, and following company safety policies. Your role will also involve minimizing waste of materials and supplies, maximizing the life of tooling resources, and maintaining a neat and clean work area. In addition, you will be expected to participate in continuous improvement projects and 5S activities. Your role is critical to meeting the standard labor hour goals established for production.

Hard Skills

• Finishing parts to meet print tolerances and aesthetic requirements

• Inspecting parts

• Minimizing waste of materials and supplies

• Maximizing the life of tooling resources

• Participating in 5S activities

• Assisting all manufacturing personnel with 2nd operations

• Loading and unloading the vibratory tumblers as needed

• Passivating welds using citric acid
