Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This role involves managing office operations within a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth functioning of customer service and administrative tasks. The position is fully on-site and requires a highly organized individual with a strong grasp on accounting software and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the front desk operations and ensure the efficient handling of client documents.
• Digitize paper tax documents for easy access and storage.
• Address customer inquiries via phone, particularly during high-volume periods.
• Provide clerical support to partners and assist interns in document uploading to the secure portal.
• Manage tasks within the company's software system, requiring proficient computer skills.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor while interacting with clients over the phone.
• Support the team in initiating and completing the tax document process.
• Leverage accounting software systems to process customer credit applications.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and monitor customer accounts for necessary action.
• Utilize knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for accurate financial management.
Requirements
• Applicant must possess a minimum of one year experience in an office management position.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with ADP Financial Services is desirable.
• Expertise in using Concur for expense management is necessary.
• Experience with CRM systems is a vital requirement.
• Proficiency in using About Time for time tracking and management is preferred.
• Applicant should be adept at Accounting Functions.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory.
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently is a key requirement.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative are necessary.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
