Connecting the Pieces LLC Clinical Operations Supervisor in Wayne, Pennsylvania
Connecting the Pieces, LLC (CTP) offers a variety of services to help improve the lives of children with special needs and their families, working collaboratively with their school teams. We specialize in providing treatment to learners who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Specific Learning Disability, Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome, and other disorders as well as learners with no diagnosis but who present with challenging behaviors.
The person in this position is responsible for the operations aspects of the clinical department including but not limited to, supervision of clinical coordinator, department process development and implementation, documentation and tracking of CEUs, scheduling events and meetings, employee utilization, clinical documentation monitoring, resolving issues and discrepancies, and oversight of insurance-based services, timelines, and documentation.
Responsibilities include:
- Operational support to employee providers
- Ensuring compliance with school and insurance requirements and deadlines
- Developing processes and workflows as required
- Supervision of Clinical Coordinator who tracks employee providers utilization, staff assignments, and authorizations

Skills/Experience required:
- 2 -3 years supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania school based, and insurance based behavioral services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
