Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

Job Description

As a Building Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, minor electrical work, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of the building.

• Carry out plumbing repairs and installations.

• Handle minor electrical repairs and installations.

• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity and functionality of building systems.

• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance tasks as assigned.

• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to manage work orders and maintenance schedules.

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and address maintenance requests promptly.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in preventative and corrective maintenance.

• Proficiency with CMMS for managing work orders.

• Strong experience in building maintenance, including HVAC systems.

• Troubleshooting skills for HVAC and other building systems.

• EPA Universal certification.

• Excellent customer service orientation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with installation, inspection, and filter changes.

• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00
