PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Performs administrative controls and reporting of tank maintenance for the purpose of tracking and recording company-owned propane and refined fuel storage tanks. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Maintains Tank Spotter database to track and record company owned tanks located at customer locations. Invoices annual tank rentals. Maintains customer leases of tanks and assists in obtaining new leases. Maintains accurate location records and maintenance performed on propane tanks located at customer locations, including out-of-gas documentation, new customer leak checks, public assemblies. Processes pickup notices of company owned tanks located at customer locations. Assists in the preparation for annual insurance audits. Analyzes overall tank usage to identify company owned tanks not being utilized. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Supports the Energy Operations Manager as needed. Works with Microsoft Office programs and other proprietary software to process electronic orders, scheduling, inventory and other tracking and communication responsibilities Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply Performs all other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Normally requires an Associate's Degree (A. A.) or the equivalent thereof, and six months to one year related experience and/or training. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development May be required to work extended hours beyond those considered “normal” to meet seasonal demands Occasionally lifts between 51-70lbs Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
