What you\'ll do: Translate business needs into requirements and solutions for web applications Elicit requirements and stakeholder engagement Document user stories, workflows, and wireframes Work closely and collaboratively with web developers on solutions that meet or exceed user expectations Use Jira to manage and track software development work Lead Agile SCRUM teams and ceremonies User training, documentation, and support Participate in the testing of web applications Post deployment support of end users in the use and adoption of web applications Communicate with stakeholders on project status What you need to have: Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems Computer Science, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a business analysis capacity Knowledge of Agile development concepts and the ability to apply those concepts in a web development team 1+ year of experience working with a web development team preferred JD Edwards EnterpriseOne exposure is a plus Experience with SQL databases and query language is a plus Business Analysis or Scrum Certifications is a plus Who We Are: Global Fortune 500 packaging company with 109 manufacturing facilities in North and South America, Europe, and Asia.
