The Sr. Program Manager – Corp. Operations will be responsible for driving the following enterprise-wide operational development, scale and long-range planning initiatives. In this role you will utilize strong communication and leadership skills, cross functional & multi-business unit acumen to manage complex, high value product/manufacturing development programs.
Corporate programs may include New Product or Business Unit Industrialization Roadmaps / Operational Footprint Evaluation & Optimization / Capacity Analysis / Product Relocations with Business Case & Rationalization / Financial Modeling / Facility LRP / Budgeting / Stabilization & Mfg. Site Hand-off / Support M&A
This role will work closely with key peer groups including Finance, Manufacturing Operations, Corporate Development, Product Lifecycle, Global Sourcing and Acquisitions to properly evaluate, plan and oversee execution of strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a high level of business acumen, ability to effectively communicate, influence and navigate non-direct reporting, core and multi-business group aligned organizational structures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or other technical discipline OR equivalent experience;
7 years of project management experience – preferably in a global manufacturing environment with large cross-functional projects.
3 years of people leadership experience or leading large scale projects
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years leading the development and implementation of durable goods manufacturing processes.
5+ years of demonstrated and increasing responsibility in program / project management leadership.
Experience in the development & deployment of new & optimized processes at corporate level.
Experience working in an international company with matrix organizations. Familiarity with multi-site enterprise manufacturing portfolio.
Previous experience using SAP or equivalent modern ERP system.
Program finance, business management and financial P&L experience.
PMP or related project management certification.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Deployment
Support operational development cycle and deployment initiatives.
Support through direct and hybridized program management the successful execution of key growth, expansion and acquisition initiatives.
Program Management
Lead high level manufacturing programs, providing direction, guidance and expertise to associated team members.
Facilitate project flow and milestone-based achievement involving regular contact with engineering, manufacturing and other cross functional teams. Management Provide guidance to cross-functional teams and leadership on key strategic decisions related to continued investment in core technologies that enable a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Select, coach and develop a team, setting objectives that align with company strategy to inspire and motivate the team.
Manage organizational talent through performance management, succession planning and development.
Develop & optimize processes by which team and individual performance are recognized, feedback is consistently delivered, and performance is systematically improved.

Ability to quickly develop, foster and maintain key relationships with manufacturing site leadership.
