Key Responsibilities: Oversee all maintenance activities across multiple properties within the region, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Assists with training and mentoring Regional Maintenance Supervisors and on-site maintenance teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the long-term health and functionality of all building systems and equipment. Provide expertise and support for complex maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. General Requirements: Advanced knowledge and proficiency of building maintenance principles including standard practices and methods of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances, swimming pools, hot tubs, plowing and HVAC Advanced knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance such as but not limited to electric drills & saws, volt and gas meters, key machine, power drain cleaner (snake), ladders etc. EPA and CPO certifications are required. Builds trust and communicates effectively within property, across company departments and in the community. Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided). Reliable vehicle, valid driver\'s license with good driving record, and auto insurance.
