STAFFING SUPPORT SPECIALISTS Inspection Operator in WAUKESHA, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: **Training for this position will be on 1st shift M-F, 6:00am - 2:30pm** **There is a \$17.00 shift premium for this 2nd shift position** This position is responsible for verifying products meet customer requirements, identify nonconformities, communicating/documenting issues as they arise and maintaining compliance with the company\'s Quality Management System. Duties / Responsibilities: Follow schedules and process work to exceed customer expectations Utilize the hot list & priority list for products Perform daily walk through with prior shift for verification of testing instruments. Safely & efficiently operate all equipment within the Inspection Department Cell Learn proper testing locations based off of work instructions or part configuration Assist i developing appropriate inspection techniquest where required Counting and identifying parts prior to inspection for verification of specific orders Maintain verification test blocks and communicate with Equipment Quality when replacements are required perform basic maintenance and adjustments on inspection equipment Assist with production when needed Acquire / maintain forklift certification Qualifications / Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent Basic math and computer skills English reading proficiency Safety-focused mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management Attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with others Willingness to learn & take direction Physical Requirements: push / pull / lift 25lb Work efficiently and productively in a hot environment We are committed to a policy of equal opportunity for all employees.
