JOB REQUIREMENTS: Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment. Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as safety procedures or the maintenance of a clean work area. Study blueprints, design specifications, or manufacturers\' recommendations to ascertain the configuration of heating or cooling equipment components and to ensure the proper installation of components. Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify that repairs corrected malfunctions. Adjust system controls to settings recommended by manufacturer to balance system. Recommend, develop, or perform preventive or general maintenance procedures, such as cleaning, power-washing, or vacuuming equipment, oiling parts, or changing filters. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrate a level of professionalism through positive communication and appearance that will be respected by other service personnel and provide an exemplary level of service to our customers! The delivery, pickup and operator training on our portable HVAC equipment will encompass most of your duties at company. But, you will sometimes work in the field setting up equipment, work in the shop keeping it organized, clean and safe, and check in, clean and prepare equipment for rental. Transports equipment and accessories to and from customer\'s job sites. May set or position equipment onsite. May Install temporary duct work or assist customers with installation of temporary duct systems. May install gas hose for rental HVAC equipment. Returns equipment from job site, properly accounting for all equipment and damages. Performs reconditioning and maintenance inspections on rental HVAC equipment at regional service location. Cleans, inspects & repairs HVAC equipment to insure equipment meets minimum reconditioning standards. Assists with pre-shipment checkout and jobsite specific configuration adjustments to rental HVAC equipment. Performs Service Bulletin updates, equipment modifications and component updates as required. Arranges oil changes and vehicle washing. Informs Supervisor of any vehicle issues.
