Schedule Details:Hours are generally Monday through Friday and available 24/7 via pager or phone to respond to emergencies in collaboration with or back up to the manager when needed. This position regularly requires travel to multiple sites across all PHC entities. Job Summary Provides all necessary coordination with regards to emergency management and hazardous materials for the ProHealth Care System. This includes management of all related documentation, oversight of the response programs for the organization in these areas, and work with internal committees and outside agencies on issues that would affect the organization. This role maintains all policies and procedures for areas of responsibility, including modification of existing policies or creation of new ones as needs are identified. Additionally the role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal, State, local laws and regulations as well as Joint Commission, OSHA, EPA, DNR and CMS. This position reports to the Manager of Safety and Emergency Preparedness and is available 24/7 via pager or phone to respond to emergencies in collaboration with or back up to the manager when needed.
