JOB REQUIREMENTS: We Are Hiring:Director Oncology Services - ProHealth Care ProHealth Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Oncology Services to provide administrative support and operational leadership for our comprehensive oncology program, which includes Medical Oncology, Hematology, GYN Oncology, and Cancer Multidisciplinary Clinics. The Director will also oversee the inpatient Oncology unit, Infusion Center, Radiation Therapy, and Advanced Practice Oncology Nurses in collaboration with their physician leaders. Schedule Details:Monday - Friday Days Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Supervision: Provide effective hiring, training, mentoring, and development for staff. Develop future organizational leaders, ensure resources are available, and create an environment that fosters employee engagement. Operational Management: Establish functional area plans, set long- and short-term goals, design infrastructure, and implement solutions for functional-area challenges. Quality Management: Lead the intradepartmental system-wide Quality Management plan, ensuring continuous process improvement and best practices. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic business plan aligned with organizational goals. Provide direction and guidance to department leadership. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster trust and effective working relationships with medical staff, senior management, and community partners. Cost Management: Implement systematic approaches to managing costs and analyze quality, service, and financial data to develop metrics and deliver results. Patient-Centric Culture: Cultivate a patient and family-centric culture, ensuring customer-service excellence and an engaged workforce. Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal, certification, and regulatory requirements, and maintain a culture of patient safety with robust quality standards. What You Will Need: Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in the oncology field, with 3-5 years in management and administration of a largeacademic unit. Education: Master\'s Degree in Nursing or related field. Licensure: RN license or equivalent experience in oncology.
