Description We are in search of a Bookkeeper to join our team located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll be tasked with managing financial records, including processing accounts and reconciling bank statements. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Handle bank and general ledger reconciliations.

• Manage payroll processing efficiently.

• Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules.

• Supervise accounting clerks and entry-level bookkeepers.

• Prepare the trial balance and perform month-end closings.

• Use Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for data entry and bookkeeping tasks.

• Maintain accurate records, ensuring account reconciliation. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations

• Solid understanding of Bookkeeping principles

• Efficient Data Entry skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in conducting Month End Close

• Knowledge of Payroll procedures

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
