Job Title: Production Trainer/Onboarding Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an onboarding specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with department heads to identify and build training materials tailored to department needs. They will also collaborate to develop training objectives that align with the content. Responsibilities include facilitating training, administering tests, and handling training materials. Reporting to management upon request and performing occasional data entry will also be part of the role.
