Patient Access Representative (PAS)
Position Description:
The Patient Access Representative (PAS) will perform outpatient and inpatient registration functions. You will provide general information to hospital users, patients, and families, ensures that patients meet financial requirements or assist in payment plan, provide excellent patient focused customer service, communicate effectively to service delivery areas to maximize patient flow and customer service.

- Customer Service/Information Desk
- Up-Front Collections/Cashier
- Emergency Department Registration
- Outpatient Registration
- Outpatient Surgery and Special Procedure
- Inpatient and Observation Registration
- Insurance Verification
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or team lead.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare or customer service setting is preferred with a work record that demonstrates:
