JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Brief Responsible for confirming that all Wis-Pak production facilities are prepared and comply with outside agencies requirements to ensure the safe manufacturing of all beverages and any regulations that impact the organization. Participate in the development and adherence to quality standards and targeting for products. Oversee the scheduling of water treatment maintenance for production facilities. Oversee and update sanitation, microbiology, quality, and food safety programs to assure compliance with Brand, and Regulatory requirements. Complete internal audits for quality, food safety, and food defense at production facilities Support facilities during external quality, food safety, and regulatory audits. Evaluate staffing and training needs at production facilities Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to decrease costs and increase quality, productivity, efficiencies, and process improvements. Assist in the roll out of quality data solutions at production facilities. Travel is required to inspect facilities, meet with employees, provide follow-up. Have strong skills in 8D, SPC, FMEA, GFSI experience, and PCQI.Will have an educational background or experience in food science or microbiology.Strong MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS) skills. Strong written communication and presentation skills are required.Will possess personal accountability and be a self-starter with passion for the job.
