We are currently accepting applications for a Manufacturing Engineer at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Watertown, WI, conveniently located between Madison and Milwaukee. The position works day shift hours Monday - Friday and requires occasional after-hours and weekend support. Travel up to 10% to support other CQC sites, trade shows, and training can be expected. The role will report to the Engineering Manager. Onsite Fitness Facility Annual Bonus Potential - 5%+ JOB SUMMARY: Provide technical expertise to support the commissioning, startup and day to day operations of a food manufacturing facility. Design and execute capital projects to improve plant performance, capabilities and capacity. Work with multiple engineering disciplines to ensure complete and efficient execution of projects in support of plant operations. Ensures all jobs are performed following all company and regulatory policies. Provides training to production employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following.
