The Italian American Civic Association is hiring for a waitress! WAGE: $10.35 per hour plus tips. HOURS: Part-time. Shifts vary dependent on scheduled events and staffing needs. REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years experience as a waitress is preferred. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a reliable part time waitress to join our team! The ideal employee would have a variety of skills, including communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. They also need to be able to multitask and work well under pressure. The IACA offers food service, catering, and events. Up to 100+ guests can be served per function during events like weddings, funeral luncheons, rehearsal dinners, and more. We cross-train employees to ensure our staff work together and are set up for success, this would include assisting with prep, cleanup, the bar and some aspects of the kitchen.
