THRIVE Wellness & Recovery Electronic Health Record System Spec. in Watertown, New York
Provide services to all staff that supports THRIVE Wellness and Recovery Inc's electronic health record system.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Hybrid must be able to come onsite in Watertown, NY.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop an understanding of the organizations health information technology systems to provide ongoing support for all agency end users. Work closely with end users to identify business or clinical needs; helping them to build user reports and/or educating users on retrieving information using available resources. Utilize knowledge and skills of clinical collaborators to determine clinical functions that are suitable for HIT enhancements and to ensure that systems are consistent with professional standards of clinical practice. Interpret clinical process and tasks and convert them into system processes by leveraging technology to support operations and collect data for decision making (i.e. form creation, running reports, etc.). Awareness of various program applications and their capabilities including, but not limited to agency electronic health record, Regional Health Information Exchange, PYSCKES, OASAS Client Data System, Microsoft Office, etc. Set up and train new users of the EHR; manage licenses.
