Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchasing and Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting purchasing activities for Bosch’s Climate & Wellbeing Division related to business and Engineering services. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of purchasing, including supplier scouting, negotiations for new contracts and recurrent agreements, ensuring purchasing compliance, and conducting business case analyses. The successful candidate will have a keen analytical mind, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Your Job Responsibilities will include:
Supplier Scouting and Evaluation:
Identify potential suppliers through market research and industry analysis.
Evaluate supplier capabilities, reliability, and overall performance.
Negotiations:
Lead negotiations for new contracts and renewals with suppliers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Implement cost-effective and strategic procurement solutions.
Purchasing Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all purchasing activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while monitoring compliance.
Business Case Analysis:
Conduct thorough business case analyses for purchasing decisions.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial, operational, and strategic considerations.
Engineering Services (IoT, ISP, Cloud services as well as outsource of SW and HW testing):
Manage and optimize relationships with service providers, including IoT services, internet service providers, cloud service providers, etc.
Oversee outsource testing activities and ensure quality standards are met both for software and hardware products.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2+ years experience in purchasing, negotiations, and business analysis.
Familiarity with IoT services, particularly from Verizon and AWS, is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
