Lakeview NeuroRehabilitation Center Physical Therapist - Lead - $5k Sign on bonus included! in Waterford, Wisconsin
To provide the administrative and clinical supervision of the of the Therapy department along with Lead OT and Lead SLP.
Safely provide Physical Therapy Services to the clients who are residents of the facility of all programs and works to be a productive member of the treatment team.
Interacts professionally with residents, physicians, funding sources, community and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy to patients as ordered by physician.
Provide Physical Therapy evaluations of patients
Assist in the development of programs specific to the needs of patients within each program.
Act as a liaison between the Physical Therapy Department, Administrator and all programs within the facility.
Provide administrative and clinical supervision of the Physical Therapy staff including Therapy Students.
Document all clinical services provided.
Conduct job duties in a manner to ensure the safety of patients, family and staff.
Adhere to Administrative, Clinical and Human Resources Policies of Lakeview
Provide patient and family education when indicated. .
Qualifications:
Skill, Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of brain injury, neuropsychological, and physical disability evaluation, and how to conduct Occupational Therapy. To be proficient in the EMR Wellsky within 90 days of hire.
Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
Licensure: Licensed by the State of Wisconsin Dept. of Regulation and Licensing to practice Physical Therapy.
Experience: Minimum 2 years clinical experience, supervisory experience in a clinical setting required.
