PeopleReady Skilled Trades division is looking for a Carpenter with 3 years of Drywall experience in Waterford, Michigan. The ideal candidate must be able hang and finish drywall, along with installing bathroom fixtures and perform other carpentry work in residential and commercial buildings. Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Must be able to perform carpentry work in a reconstruction environment AFTER mold remediation in commercial and residential buildings

• Must be able to hang, taper and perform mudding for drywall

• Must be able to install fixtures and appliances (sinks, vanities, connect cold and hot water to sinks or toilets

• Must know how to perform work on baseboards

• Ability to use carpentry hand and power tools

• Ability to follow directions and work independently

• Ability to maintain proper schedules

• Be in good physical condition and comfortable working outdoors as well as indoors and at varying heights Good communication skills

  Qualifications:

• 3 years minimum working experience in the carpentry field doing drywall work

• Own some carpenter tools - Performs work by OSHA rules and regulations

• Verifiable work history that confirms your professional skills and experience

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must have a clean criminal background and clean driving record (valid driver?s license)

• Must be able to pass drug screening

• Must be able to work up to 12 hours daily

• Must be able to start immediately
