As an Environmental Scientist Intern in Waterbury CT, you will too. You'll impact the world around you by helping us solve real-life challenges. YOU are the future of our company. We’ll rely on you to provide support to our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning as you bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll assist a team of project managers, scientists, and engineers in delivering environmental services on time and within budget for world class projects. You’ll be immersed in the integrated design process and the real world of applying sustainable design principles to ongoing projects. You will collaborate and work with various disciplines to document projects for a variety of sustainability third party certifications, gaining exposure to wastewater process, relevant computer-assisted engineering software, data collection and so much more.

In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or closely related field
Must be at least a rising Junior
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Willingness to perform field work
Ideally, you’ll also have:
3.0 GPA
A previous internship related to your field of study
Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs
Self-driven time management and organizational skills
