Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Watchung, New Jersey, United States. As a Billing Clerk, you will be part of a team where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, processing customer applications, and managing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing customer credit applications using accounting software systems

• Maintaining and updating customer credit records to ensure accuracy

• Utilizing ADP - Financial services to manage financial transactions

• Handling computerized billing tasks to ensure timely and accurate billing

• Operating EHR SYSTEM and Epic Software for efficient record keeping

• Managing accounting functions to ensure all financial data is accurate

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties

• Answering inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues

• Using 'About Time' software for efficient time management. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is desirable

• Expertise in Computerized Billing is a must

• Knowledge of EHR SYSTEM is required

• Experience with Epic Software is beneficial

• Proficiency in using About Time is expected

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is required

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is expected

• Capability of Answering Inbound Calls is a must
