The Role in Brief:

Senior Analyst, Revenue & Account Management Operations, Seramount & Technology

This role may be based in Washington, D.C.; Richmond, VA; or is open to remote employment in the continental U.S. This position will work during business hours in the eastern time zone.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management, Forecasting, & Revenue Reporting

  • Manage renewal forecasting reporting & help set pacing goals based on performance

  • Coordinate monthly reports for forecasting, delivery tracking, and revenue recognition for upsell new booked business (NBB)

  • Ensure accuracy of forecasting reporting and commercial unit tracking including working with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed

  • Oversee Crediting & Booking Processes

  • Maintain understanding of crediting rules and processes

  • Track all incoming contracts and confirm booking is completed as expected across multiple modules and business lines

  • Manage complex contracts to ensure that they are booked correctly

  • Monitor/track Airtable tickets to ensure timely resolution

  • Represent Account Management at Crediting Committee meetings and manage escalations

  • Track pool and crediting changes/updates and communicate back to AM leadership

  • Monitor contract GPA calculations and submit tickets/escalate as needed

  • KPI Tracking & Account Management Reporting

  • Manage Salesforce dashboards for Research renewals & upsell NBB

  • Build reporting for tracking partner health & engagement by product; identify trends and provide insights for proactive interventions and risk mitigation

  • Build reports and conduct analyses for other account management needs (e.g. KPIs, commercial initiatives, historical comparison, benchmarking, etc.)

  • Relationship Expansion Team (RET) Accounts Oversight

  • Update account/territory assignments each half for Research partnerships & other products owned by RET

  • Manage and ensure accuracy of partner account lists & memberships reporting

  • Salesforce & CPQ Support

  • Coordinate with the Salesforce and Operations teams on changes to Salesforce to address service delivery and commercial needs, build reporting, and troubleshoot data issues as needed

  • Manage annual Salesforce CPQ updates including new pricing & Scopes of Work

  • Serve as CPQ and Salesforce point of contact for the account management needs

  • Develop documentation and training materials for new processes as needed

  • QA Call Process Management

  • Own ongoing creation of QA call batches based on renewal units and decision timelines

  • Oversee call tracking, updating call materials, and collecting partner background

  • Coordinate with Seramount leaders and coordinators/assistants who conduct the QA call process regarding execution, deadlines, progress, and escalation as needed

  • Manage an existing event partnership with an external organization including contracting, revenue tracking, and invoicing

  • Support other business needs related to revenue, reporting/analysis, account management operations, or strategic initiatives as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3-4+ years of relevant full-time professional work experience

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking capabilities, and problem-solving abilities

  • Very strong excel skills and experience with preparing reports and/or conducting data analysis

  • Substantial experience utilizing Salesforce

  • A high-level of comfort with learning new technology, systems, and processes

  • A proactive and methodical approach, a client-focused mindset, and a desire to seek additional ways to add value

  • Ability to independently manage multiple simultaneous projects and hold others accountable to achieving deadlines and milestones

  • Clear and effective written and oral communication skills; the ability to translate data into digestible insights and tailor communication appropriately towards various stakeholders

  • Discretion in handling sensitive firm, department, and staff performance information

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience with operations or reporting for renewal/sales forecasting, pipeline management, account management, and/or partner health tracking for a large pool of partners

  • Experience building reports and/or dashboards in Salesforce

  • Experience utilizing SQL for data reporting

  • Experience working with CPQ in Salesforce

  • Experience implementing new processes including change management, documentation, training, etc.

  • Effective relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with staff and leaders at various levels in a complex, matrixed organization

  • Basic power point skills for building internal presentations or resources

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $59,500 to $86,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.

This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
