Senior Account Manager *Remote with occasional travel for meetings*
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with both Providence ministries and external partner hospitals through the management of the Virtual Care and Digital Health (VCDH) solutions. The role serves as a liaison between VCDH caregivers, customer-partners, medical groups, and other stakeholders. The role is responsible for identifying and facilitating all VCDH meetings with regional leadership (internal and external), contracting team, clinical program managers, to ultimately maintain, strengthen, and grow the footprint of VCDH services. This position monitors contract performance and supports regions in developing action plans needed to achieve clinical and financial objectives through the growth and adoption of digital health programs and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong consultative partnerships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies to maximize customer satisfaction while retaining and growing within existing customer base.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, clinical support, operations, tech and marketing to deliver seamless service and support to customers.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze account performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, growth and product development.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to advise customers effectively.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, serving as the primary point of contact for any business related issues.
Data Management: Regularly update CRM tool and maintain reports on account status, performance, and strategic initiatives for management.
Skills & Abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
6 years of Account Management or Project Management experience
4 years of experience leading the strategic direction for projects and developing project plans
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Healthcare related field
5 years of experience in healthcare organization working with clinical, administrative leaders.
