Jefferson Health Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine a part of the Jefferson Health network a is looking for a full-time Pulmonologist to join its robust team of 15 physicians and advanced practice providers. Located in the southern New Jersey suburbs of Philadelphia, this group provides Pulmonary and Critical Care services at Jeffersonas Cherry Hill, Stratford, and Washington Twp. hospital locations. These physicians provide pulmonary, critical care, interventional pulmonary, and sleep medicine services through these sites, as well as outpatient offices in south Jersey. Jefferson Health New Jersey is a community-based teaching hospital within a large academic health system offering training programs in multiple specialties. In addition to patient-focused care and trainee education, the team has a diverse and family-oriented culture, which are two of their driving philosophies. Each provider sees an average of 16 patients per day in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Call is divided evenly between all members of the group. The team is open to considering candidates interested in full time ambulatory work or split time between ambulatory, inpatient, and ICU coverage. In addition to clinical activities, candidates are encouraged to engage in scholarly activities, clinical trials, and education of trainees.
