Department of the Navy/Assistant for Administration MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in Washington Navy Yard, District Of Columbia

Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Manpower, Analytics and the HR Systems (MAHRS) Directorate of ASSTSECNAV MR-A WASHINGTON DC. Responsibilities You will provide administrative and operational support to manage and track project timelines and deliverables. You will manage tasks received through task management systems, ensuring accurate tracking, coordination, and documentation of tasks and deadlines. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and staff to coordinate input and conduct analysis across all aspects of the process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of efforts to meet the organization’s mission. You will develop, coordinate, and implement actions and analyses to support effective decision-making. You will contribute to the development of effective strategies by conducting comprehensive project analyses and recommending course of action and efficiencies to support the achievement of desired goals and objectives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Expert skill in written and oral communication to prepare and present complex information on various issues to senior leadership and staff. - Experience in integrating, analyzing, and managing a variety of strategic initiative products and functions in support of serviced activities and missions. - Experience in planning, organizing, and facilitating team projects, as well as negotiating effectively with leadership and management to implement recommendations. - Experience utilizing knowledge of the mission, functions, organizational structures, operations, and roles of DON Components and other entities that govern, interface with, and/or influence human resources, human capital, information technology, and data analytics within the Department of Defense (DoD) and DON.
