Insight Global Top Secret Customer Service Representative in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the data entry of work orders related to the maintenance needs of the facility. This position will require the independent judgement to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. This is a union position paying a flat rate of $26.03/hour.

Responsibilities include:

espond to queries, amend data, and reissue tasks as needed.

Enter maintenance slip data into a CMMS system.

Walk through parking garage and administer tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles

Skills and Requirements

High-school Diploma

An Active Top Secret or Interim Top Secret Clearance

3 years' of experience in an administrative/call center setting

Experience with data entry Experience with CMMS null
