Wittenberg Weiner Consulting LLC Team Leader in Washington, District Of Columbia
CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking a Team Leader to support a potential contract for the Department of State.
Responsibilities for this position may include (but are not limited to):
Leading and managing a team of support associates.
Setting work priorities and ensuring a smooth transition of work between the various teams.
Ensuring that a sufficient inventory of Passports and other supplies are on hand to meet current and anticipated demand.
Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in critical roles and frequently liaising with onsite Government Management.
Planning, directing, and coordinating the daily activities of mail open, cashier, image capture, image review, data entry, quality control and PRISM.
Planning and following established procedures and methods to meet changing processing requirements.
Providing regular operational feedback, management meetings, status updates, attendance reporting, training records, and other production activity reporting.
Notifying contract leadership of any problems or issues with staff adherence to procedures or any internal controls violations.
Monitoring workload and making recommendations to the Government on how to divide work among support staff.
Monitoring contractor personnel performance and ensuring that work is performed in accordance with performance standards, established procedures, and internal controls.
Assisting with prioritizing workload and training contract personnel in their duties and tasks, helping to constantly improve the training process/procedure.
Making recommendations to the Government to improve processes and assist with problem solving and continuous improvement.
Maintaining flexibility to meet organizational production and service goals, as required by the workload, and per the direction of the Government.
This position is contingent on contract award.
Expected salary range: $70,000-$110,000
Work Environment:
Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:
- 11-20% / Occasional travel.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree //OR// four (4) years of experience managing teams.
Current, active Secret Security Clearance.
No less than Six (6) years of general office experience.
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, assign, delegate, prioritize, and organize workflow duties of a team.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply regulatory material and internal controls.
Ability to prioritize workload for small teams and possess good organizational skills.
Ability to effectively and politely interface with the public and provide excellent customer service.
Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
Professional proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with Consular Affairs/Passport Office or other Department of State directorates.
Experience with PRISM.
