FANNIE MAE Strategy Enablement Lead Associate in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will guide the team and provide expert advice on end-to-end management of programs that address strategic initiatives, operational needs, and other key business issues by aligning multiple projects, products, processes, and stakeholders.

The Strategy Enablement - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Drive actionable strategic road-mapping through a systematic approach

  • Refine strategic initiative and program strategies, scope and frameworks by researching and conducting analysis to make informed, data-driven decisions

  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to gain support for a program or initiative and establish a shared vision and execution results

  • Distill strategy into scope for execution. Sequence and plan execution phases, activities, and milestones

  • Present findings to audiences of all sizes and seniority

  • Facilitation of whiteboarding, problem solving, working sessions, and alignment

  • Lead reporting and governance including management of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), fulfillment of governance requirements and reporting

  • Lead Portfolio planning and dependency management including management of Strategic Initiative, Program, or PI planning and engagement with key stakeholders across business, capabilities, enablers, and other supporting groups.

  • Examine and report on progress for a program or initiative and report on goals and processes for a program or initiative.

  • Support rollout and execution of program in alignment with roadmap and engagement with key partners.

  • Supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) execution in partnership with OCM Center of Excellence (CoE) and Communications

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in reporting and governance (including management of OKRs and board reporting)

  • Experience providing business insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.

  • Experience working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal

  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 6+ years of experience

  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)

  • Experience with strategy and implementation of transformative Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Modeling and ; Data, and Climate capabilities (People, Processes, Technologies)

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Business Intelligence (Tableau/ Power-BI), SharePoint, and Work Pan Management (JIRA) applications
