Job Title: Service Technician

Job Description

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and component-level troubleshooting of parking payment equipment. This includes installation, upgrades, removals, parts management, and preventative maintenance services. Your daily tasks will involve customer service, updating technician support tickets, handling assigned service calls, and conducting preventive maintenance and inventory swaps. You will also be responsible for installing new meters and providing operational training.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in washington d.c.

Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors in the DC region from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. You will handle 4-6 tickets daily and initially train with another technician for about a month before transitioning to solo calls. The role involves reporting to the office each morning to pick up your service truck and tools and receive your route for the day. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
