Position Summary
RBCI is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to provide the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Enterprise Integration (OEI) with professional program and project management support for the planning and execution of a broad range of management and business services. The OEI requires program and project management, strategic planning, performance measurement, quality measurement, business process reengineering, business process improvement, business process management, change management, and transition support services for multiple business lines with needs/requirements that will change over time. This effort will include managing multiple complex and diverse project teams as there are four business lines with constantly changing mission requirements and robust portfolios. This role will be remote with some onsite work in Washington, DC.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform data collection, modeling, analysis, documentation and product generation.
- Organize and translate data into information for studies, reports, and documentation.
- Assemble large and complex data sets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements.
- Conduct analyses, including defining parameters of requested data output and analysis.
- Collect, compile and assemble data for financial and analytical reports.
- Provide research support.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and documentation of deliverables.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems analysis or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and analysis to senior leadership.
- Experience with data visualization tools, Power BI preferred.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a clearance.
