What You Will Do :
We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator local to the National Capital Region, who will support our Department of State client as they discover, evaluate, and determine system and business interdependencies that contribute to Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) mission adoption.
What You Will Need :
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration
FIVE (5) or more years of experience in project management, project coordination, or consulting
Must be local to the DC Metro area
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate discussions and workshops to gather input and feedback.
Liaise with managers and clients to communicate and coordinate project requirements, scopes, and objectives
Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal result
Experience in coordinating teams and clients
Help build the skill sets of team members and share learnings with other employees
Monitor and report on progress of task, projects and portfolio efforts
Demonstrates knowledge and success supporting federal client engagements relating to the creation of business processes and solutions enabled by Zero Trust and/or identity and access management, including the following:
Create and manage project artifacts within the project scope, schedule, status and documentation.
Familiarity with ICAM concepts such as: Identity Governance, PKI, Single Sign On, Federation, Enterprise Directory Architecture, Provisioning, Role-Based Access Control, Access Request and Certification.
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities with leveraging creative thinking and problem solving skills, individual initiative, and utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), where necessary, in conjunction with the following:
Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts;
Performing as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, and mentoring junior team-members.
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
