The work of the Senior Manager, ESG Reporting is critical to coordinating internal partners and helping external audiences understand our priorities and progress. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial and matrixed environment. They communicate clearly, early and frequently and have demonstrated the capacity to assess and navigate business, regulatory, and reputational dynamics.

The Senior Manager is a skilled writer who analyzes business information and consolidates ESG disclosures for external reports, customer interactions, and company communications. They lead the development of our annual CSR Report and ensure meticulous data governance.

What will you do?

  • Regularly coordinate with a broad set of subject matter experts to lead well-planned, cross-functional initiatives

  • Lead end-to-end development of annual CSR Report, draft narrative disclosures and effectively engage or advise on other corporate publications, regulatory filings and ESG content and communications

  • Take charge of ESG ratings and rankings performance, including EcoVadis assessment, by following a standardized process that delivers expected results.

  • Centralize and contextualize the company’s ESG roadmap, develop ESG insights to educate company leaders and translate vision into structured project plans

  • Partner closely with legal, finance and IT to strengthen data management, controls and disclosure procedures

  • Manage junior associate and ensure timely and accurate responses to partner inquiries

Qualifications

  • Adaptable leader and seasoned project manager with minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in ESG, sustainability reporting or corporate strategy

  • Outstanding written communication skills with minimum 5+ years leading complex reporting projects and proven copy-editing skills

  • Remarkable attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and strong organizational management skills to deliver excellent deliverables in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.

  • Motivated by organizational change initiatives and experienced in distilling large amounts of information to craft recommendations that support strategic decision making

  • Proficient in interpreting ESG rating systems and methodologies. Capable of crafting our ESG roadmap and ensuring data integrity, consistency, and governance.

  • Possesses understanding of global ESG regulatory landscape and reporting frameworks

  • Authentic appetite for integrating and driving adoption of new technology solutions

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or PMP or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $118,100.00–$212,675.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
