Summary:
The Business Intern will help further develop business operations reporting and databases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development a variety of business operations reports, including monthly status reports, compliance reports and financial reports,
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving, aggregating and analyzing data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format,
- Assist in the development of documentation of key business operations practices and procedures,
- Participate in team meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions,
- Learn and apply data visualization best practices to convey complex information clearly and understandably,
- May be required to work extended hours including evenings, nights, and weekends,
- Additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in a Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance,
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to manage multiple projects, simultaneously,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Detail-oriented and highly organized,
- COVID-19 vaccination is highly recommended,
- Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screening.
