You Are:

The SAP Functional Lead Senior Manager is responsible for leading the complex business and system analysis, design, and testing.

The Work:

  • Lead and coordinate functional team activities

  • Provide guidance and direction to the functional team, ensuring alignment with project goals

  • Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams

  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks

  • Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery methodology, promoting efficient and effective project delivery

  • Facilitate communication between teams, fostering a cohesive working environment

  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth and knowledge sharing

  • Stay informed about SAP updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Here's What You Need:

  • 8+ years Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation.

  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast paced environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices.

  • Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

  • Ability to align SAP project goals with broader business objectives, ensuring strategic alignment.

  • Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP project teams.

  • Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies, as well as a commitment to staying updated on industry trends

  • Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience

  • Advanced Degree

  • 15+ years of industry experience

  • Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas

  • Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders

  • Excellent people management and relationship development skills

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$160,700—$306,500 USD
