This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office with work performed at client site in Washington, D.C.; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Works with project teams to support all aspects of project planning and execution activities with particular emphasis on defining and providing management reporting for schedule, effort and quality metrics. Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program. Conducts program plan studies. Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements. Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met. This role may be client facing. Coordinating new hire onboarding to the projects which requires a strong attention to detail and organization. Working with Project Managers on a variety of project management tasks.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-Analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
-Exercises judgement to determine appropriate action.
-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
1+ Years of Experience working on Analytics and Business Intelligence focused initiatives, preferably in a consulting capacity.
1+ Years of Experience using Microsoft M365 Platform (including Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, Visio, OneNote, Power Automate, Copilot),
1+ Years of Experience in working with ServiceNow, and/or AZURE
-Experience with project management tools or products (M365, SharePoint Online, Atlassian, ServiceNow, etc)
-Experience working with various self-service business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, etc.
-Experience working in an Agile-based environment or understanding of Agile development methodologies.
-Strong technical and troubleshooting techniques.
-Understanding of basic project financials - forecasting, revenue, invoicing, etc.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $50,800.00 - $119,200.00.
