SOS International LLC Program Manager-Senior Intelligence in Washington, District Of Columbia

Overview

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified PM to serve as the serve as the Government's main POC and provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned the contract.

Essential Job Duties

  • Supervise 100+ personnel, provide monthly contractual reports to the government, and interact with government personnel.

  • Manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.

  • Manage and monitor project cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, materials, security, deliverables, quality, and metric objectives and milestones of contract.

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain task performance metrics that measure the execution of all business and operational activities.

  • Participate in monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs); and provide the Government with monthly Contract Status Reports (CSRs).

  • Coordinate, collaborate, and communicate with the COR daily (verbally and in electronic communications) to address potential problems, issues, and/or risks that may adversely affect the mission and completion of contract task activities and deliverables; and suggest mitigations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of project management activities required to meet mission requirements.

  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.

  • Demonstrates ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the program management with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

  • TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 year

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Information Technology, or related discipline from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

  • Previous experience supporting counterterrorism projects either directly or indirectly.

  • Previous experience as an analyst.

  • Previous experience with DIA.
