The Product:
Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) is an AI-powered analytical applications built for Oracle Cloud Applications, combining business data, ready-to-use analytics, and pre-built AI and machine learning (ML) models to deliver deeper insights and accelerate decision-making process with actionable results. FDI provides Financial Analytics for line of business users including Controllers, Accountants, Analysts, CAO, CFO and FP&As leveraging data from Oracle Cloud sources and beyond.
The Role:
Fusion Data Intelligence provides next-generation AI-based analytical applications to meet the needs of finance users. Seeking a talented Product Manager to join ERP Analytics team and drive product requirements for features which utilize ERP Cloud data to address the needs of finance executives, financial controllers, and financial analysts.
Qualified candidates must have a deep understanding of General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and other financial modules, along with hands-on implementation experience working with Oracle Cloud Application customers. Passion for leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to drive finance-related use cases is essential.
You should have a comprehensive understanding of the operational roles involved in back-office functions and be able to articulate the business impact of new features. Knowledge of business metrics that measure the financial health of an enterprise is essential, as well as expertise in business processes including record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay.
Skills and Experiences Required
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
Preference for graduate in Finance or Accounting or Economics, CPA, MBA.
Travel required 25% of time including international travel.
We operate as one global team. Willing to work flexible hours to overlap with India/other international teams.
10+ years’ experience working in ERP Cloud with deep expertise in GL, AP, AR at a minimum.
End to end implementation experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Applications.

Partner with ERP Cloud and Analytics Product Managers to shape the product roadmap.
Engage with Fusion Data Intelligence customers to understand the needs and expectations. Run customer focus groups.
Produce high quality product requirements with comprehensive and detailed analysis of customer requirements.
Engage with product engineers to design and build features, drive feature adoption with continuous feedback from customers.
Work with the marketing teams to facilitate decisions around product launch, product positioning and gain insights on competitive landscape.
Participate in marketing events to showcase product demos, facilitate customer discussions and run workshops.
Provide release documentation for any new features/functions released during the quarterly releases.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
