Join the Process Quality team as a Process Design Analyst in cybersecurity technology, where you will play a vital role in protecting the bank by championing continuous improvement culture and facilitating process improvement efforts. This role is essential for ensuring the bank's cybersecurity strategies are supported by efficient and effective processes, enhancing resilience against cyber threats.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of process design experience/optimizing and improving organizational workflow experience is required.

• Proven experience in creating and analyzing process maps to identify inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements within an organization.

• Passion for continuous improvement, problem solving, and teaching.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat intelligence, and risk management frameworks required.

• Proven experience in process design, optimization, and documentation within a technology environment.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, TIP systems).

• Excellent analytical skills to identify gaps and inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.

• Proficiency in using process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and creating detailed workflow diagrams.

• Project management skills to lead and execute process improvement initiatives.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and dynamic situations.

• Strong Preference with Candidates with Lean Six Sigma Certifications, Master Black Belt, other relevant certifications etc.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $82.11 - $82.11/hr.
