As a CBRE Transaction Manager, you will provide support to CBRE Network Advisory Services, specializing in representing owners in wireless and communication services including rooftop antenna and cell tower transactions. This role will involve project management, team collaboration, data analysis, and client interaction to support and facilitate successful transactions.
What you’ll do:
Maintain and enhance a project tracking system to monitor presale and post-sale activities, ensuring timely transaction completion.
Assist leadership and team members in project initiation, scope definition, and prioritization of assignments based on client-driven priorities and milestones.
Generate and provide license abstracts for rooftop antenna, cell tower, and wireless communication agreements.
Track industry information, including values, rental rates, and other key indicators.
Participate in various transaction stages, including client presentations and deal status calls.
Apply relevant industry knowledge to support business development efforts.
Prepare sales and pipeline reports and make presentations to relevant parties
Facilitate closing process working with the operations team.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to reduce transaction closing times.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Communicate effectively, exchange information, and ensure understanding among team members.
What you'll need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience with Rooftop Antenna, Cell Tower and Communications transactions, financial modeling and reporting are a plus.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Manager position is $65,000 annually or $31.25 per hour and the maximum salary for the Transaction Manager position is $75,000 annually or $36.06 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
