Description This role is ideal for a mid-level professional (3+ years) who is eager to learn, grow under the guidance of a senior developer, and help build out our CRM capabilities. Strong technical background, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration & Growth:

o Work closely with the Senior Dynamics Developer to learn the existing systems and build out the Dynamics CRM backlog.

o Act as a proactive team player in an Agile development environment, demonstrating strong JIRA capabilities and contributing as an independent contributor.

2. CRM Development & Customization:

o Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM, focusing on workflows, plug-ins, entities, and JavaScript.

o Support the implementation of the sales module, CRM portal pages, and Power Pages.

3. Integration:

o Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems using Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Front Door, and middleware tools.

o Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless connectivity with core banking systems and member portals.

4. Azure Expertise:

o Demonstrate proficiency with the following Azure services:

 Azure Functions (Serverless APIs)

 Azure Data Factory

 Azure Data Lake (future use anticipated)

 Azure Key Vault

 Azure Storage

 Azure Portal

o Assist in future implementations and integrations with Azure Data Lake.

5. Reporting & Dashboards:

o Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

6. Stakeholder Communication:

o Maintain open communication with stakeholders and business units to ensure requirements are met.

o Collaborate with the development team to provide end-user training and maintain a knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Experience & Skills:

o 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development.

o Proficiency in .NET framework, C#, JavaScript, and key Azure services listed above.

o Strong understanding of CRM configurations, plug-ins, workflows, and dashboards.

o Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Preferred Qualifications:

o Familiarity with the sales module and CRM portals.

o Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with financial systems, preferably in credit unions or banking.

• Soft Skills:

o Professional, warm personality with strong problem-solving and self-starting abilities.

o Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively with team members.
