Hiring MRI Technologist in Washington, D.C!

Job Description

As an MRI Technologist, you will perform a full range of Magnetic Resonance (MR) exams in accordance with established protocols. This includes conducting MRI imaging procedures efficiently on all patient types using identified scanners, adhering to safety policies, and ensuring protocols for Universal Precautions and waste disposal are followed. You will be responsible for venipuncture, injecting contrast media, and administering non-narcotic medication as required for effective diagnostic imaging. Your role also involves coordinating patient flow to maximize productivity, minimizing patient wait times, and preparing exam rooms. You must also report initial impressions to the Radiologist and review images before releasing patients.

Hard Skills

• 1+ year of experience

• Siemens equipment experience

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Washington, District of Columbia.

Work Environment

This role operates in a hospital setting.

Available shifts include:

• Monday-Friday 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

• Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• Weekend roles Friday-Sunday (12-hour shifts)
