Position Description
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum Experience 9 Summary Manages the development and implementation of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) policy, including analysis and development of alternative regulatory policy approaches, development of guidance for System consumer compliance examiners, and increased effectiveness and efficiencies of the Division's programs and policies, including those relating to Reserve Bank oversight and System staff development. Works under the general supervision of the Deputy Associate Director, exercising leadership and initiative in managing the personnel and policy implementation for the assigned section(s) in the Consumer Protection and Supervision branch. Position Requirements
The successful candidate will manage the division’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) team responsible for developing thoughtful CRA policy proposals for Board senior leadership and policy makers – utilizing ideas that are informed by research/data and consultation with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the Federal Reserve’s CRA supervisory program and coordinating with other Federal Reserve functions. Qualified candidates must have:
The Division of Consumer and Community Affairs (DCCA) has resumed an in-office presence. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires employees to be physically present in the office a minimum of 4 days per month. This includes a monthly connection day (on a Wednesday). On occasion, DCCA employees may be expected to be physically present in the office more than 4 days per month, as required by business needs, but can work remotely the remaining days.
